ELIOS processes account information, organization membership, authentication and security events, matter content, and the prompts or files that authorized users submit to operate the workspace.
Information is used to authenticate users, enforce organization and matter access boundaries, provide requested legal-workflow features, preserve audit records, and maintain the security and reliability of the service.
Access is limited by the permissions assigned in the workspace. Retention and deletion are governed by the organization’s configuration and applicable obligations.
ELIOS uses access controls, session protections, audit events, and tenant separation to help protect workspace information. No system can guarantee absolute security; report suspected access issues to your organization administrator promptly.
For privacy questions about an organization workspace, contact that organization’s administrator.
